Alaminos City Water District (ACWD) once Again received a Recognition from the Civil Service Commission (CSC)
True to its goal to continuously improve and provide high-quality services, the Alaminos City Water District (ACWD) once again received recognition from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for its enhanced Human Resource System (Recruitment, Selection, and Placement).
Along with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Alaminos City, the ACWD was awarded the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Level II on December 28, 2020, at the Tourism Function Hall in Lucap, Alaminos City. The ceremony was held to celebrate the Accredited Process-Defined Agencies which would have the authority to take final actions on appointments from now on.
The event was conducted by CSC-Regional Office I headed by Director Hedy Jose B. Lardizabal (CSC-Director IV) and CSC-Field Office Western Pangasinan headed by Director Flordeliza C. Bugtong (CSC-Director II). It was hosted by LGU-Alaminos City and attended by City Mayor Arth Bryan C. Celeste, City Vice Mayor Jose Antonio Miguel Y. Perez, ACWD General Manager Atty. Napoleon F. Segundera, Jr., and several LGU and ACWD unit heads and employees.
